When I couldn’t turn my kitchen tap off on a Friday night, and after calling several plumbers and either getting no answer at all, or an answer machine, it was such a pleasant change to have a helpful human to speak to, and to advise me to look for the stop tap under the sink. With the immediate crisis over, it was less than two hours before the engineer arrived and a new tap was fitted. A very professional service, can’t recommend you highly enough.
